Old Town Bandon

Old Town Bandon, Oregon is a neat little section along the Oregon Coast. In fact, it’s oneof the nicest coastal shopping areas besides Newport. You’ll find a nice selection of food places, gift shops and sweets shops. One of the good food places we ate at was the Minute Cafe. I had a cheeseburger and fries for only $5.95. The service was fast and friendly. Even though the place was crowded we got our food fastand it was fresh.

We also enjoyed some of the shops such as the Fudge Factory. They had a variety of fudge and gifts. My friend tried the chocolate raisin fudge and said it was really good. We also visited the Cranberry Sweets Shop. This shop has tons of samples. I don’t like fruit filled candy, but they had other candy that I liked. the best were the cinnamon bark and mint bark. The vanilla cream was good too.

We also visited Beoty’s Boutique. I make soap and bath products so I found this shop very enjoyable. The prices weren’t bad either. They had lotions, soap, and other pretty things. There was also an art shop across the way. My husband and I like art so we enjoyed this shop also. We visited the Second Street Gallery which was one of the biggest galleries I’ve been to along the coast. It was even nicer then a lot of the Newport art galleries. We found paintings, wood carvings and all sorts of interesting items at the gallery.

I think you will find old Town Bandon very enjoyable and will want to visit it again. We enjoyed visiting Old Town Bandon and hope to go there again soon.
